What we collect
When you reach out through our contact form, we receive the details you provide:

- The contents of your message
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also process basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and reliability.
Why we use it & legal basis
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and take any steps you have asked for prior to entering into a contract. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering and communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Cookies & analytics
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. We load web fonts from Google Fonts; doing so may transmit your IP address to Google in order to deliver the fonts. No other third-party trackers are embedded.
How long we keep it
We retain your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. When data is no longer required, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our website host and email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver their service. These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
International transfers
PMK17labs operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Your rights
